This Banjo V075BL bottom load ball valve is made from polypropylene for chemical resistance and less weight than if made from metal and has a full port flow with a three-port diverting valve to manage flow amongst three sections of pipeline. This bottom load valve has a bottom inlet and can be entirely switched off. The three-piece building and construction has 3/4" female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads for connecting to male threaded pipeline fittings. It has PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) seats for resistance to chemicals, wetness, and heats and is rated to 100 pounds per square inch (psi) with an operating temperature level series of -20 to 150 degrees F. This three method ball valve appropriates for use in fluid handling applications.
Ball valves use a spherical disc to control the flow in between pipelines, tubes, or tubes. Circulation is permitted when the hole that pierces the ball-shaped disc is in line with the inlet and outlet of the valve and is obstructed when the ball is horizontally swiveled 90 degrees, so that the hole of the ball is perpendicular to the opening of the valve. Ball valves can be described as full port or minimized port (likewise referred to as regular or standard port) depending upon the inner size or the valve. A ball valve is full port if the hole of the ball is the exact same size as the inner size of the connecting pipeline (leading to lower friction) and described lower port if the hole of the valve is one pipeline size smaller sized than the pipeline, leading to less flow through the valve than through the shaft of the pipeline. Ball valves might have a manage or lever that lines up with the ball's position (open or closed) for manual operation. They are mostly utilized in air, gas, liquid, and steam applications.Banjo manufactures valves, couplings, pumps, pipeline and pipe fittings, and other fluid handling items for industrial applications. The business, founded in 1995, is headquartered in Crawfordsville, IN.
